What is the difference between alerts and summary reports? We break down the differences and why you might use each!
As an admin in Denim Social, you can set up an email alert or a summary report to monitor Activity on any social network page(s) (example: activity on a specific user's page like a new post).
- Alerts - Real-time email notifications directly to your inbox at the time of the event. Example: every time a post goes to the pages that you have loaded into your alerts, you'll receive an email.
- Summary Reports - Email notifications with a summary of the events within a specific timeframe (hourly, daily, monthly). Example: you can set up a daily summary report that will pull in all posts that day from your brand page LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
